Image Poem - The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal

The panoramic immersive video work, entitled 'Image Poem About The Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal', employs digital computer-generated technology and other techniques to recreate the culture along the banks of the Grand Canal, which has a modern urban appearance. The work collates and selects cultural characteristics, human customs, celebrity representatives and other urban symbol tags from 18 cities, and utilises digital methods to transform these tags into visual images and symbols, which replace the characters, story scenes, architectural clusters and other screen content that appear in the original work.
